Emerald Coast TMS of Fort Walton Beach is a veteran-owned mental health clinic specializing in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy, a noninvasive, medication-free treatment for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and OCD. Located in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, their mission is to help patients rediscover clarity, energy, and joy in daily life. When we began working together, their main challenge was spreading awareness about TMS and building trust within the community. Many people didn’t know what TMS was or that it was available locally, especially veterans and families seeking alternative options to medication.

The Results
To build a strong and credible social media presence from the ground up, we developed a strategic approach for Emerald Coast TMS of Fort Walton Beach focused on awareness, education, and trust. Since many people in the area weren’t familiar with TMS therapy or that it was available locally, our initial goal was to introduce the treatment in an approachable and informative way.
We crafted a tailored strategy for Instagram and Facebook that prioritized clear messaging, engaging visuals, and consistent posting to reach both the local and military communities. Each post was designed to educate, inspire hope, and highlight the clinic’s expertise and compassionate care. When needed, we also conducted content shoots to capture authentic photos and videos that reflected the real patient experience and welcoming environment.
Through intentional strategy, purposeful storytelling, and consistent content, we’ve helped Emerald Coast TMS expand its reach, build awareness around TMS therapy, and establish itself as a trusted mental health resource in the Fort Walton Beach community.
